One of the most powerful aspects of healing is realizing you are not alone.
Group therapy offers a sense of connection, community, and shared understanding. If you’re looking to go deeper in your healing and grow alongside others, groups may be a powerful next step!
Ask your therapist about current or upcoming group therapy offerings!

For clients who want or need extended sessions to facilitate deeper trauma processing and healing, I offer one-on-one therapy intensives for trauma and dissociation.
Lasting 3+ hours, these sessions consist of a combination of psychoeducation, skills development, and trauma processing.
Your therapist will pull from a variety of therapeutic modalities in each intensive, including: EMDR, IFS, Somatic Therapy, & DBT.
About Your Therapist
Morgan Herrick, LMHC
Hi, my name is Morgan and I spent the majority of my undergraduate career recovering from an eating disorder. I began to pursue the field of psychology after my therapist helped me recover from what I never thought I could.
I am passionate about helping my clients see that freedom from their struggle is possible, guiding them on their journey to getting there.
If you simply want to free yourself from diet culture and learn how to feel at peace in your skin, if you want to process deep rooted trauma that you believe is holding you back from living your fullest life, or if you are struggling with an intense eating disorder that is ripping your life away from you, I am here to help you. It took me years to ask for help because I did not think I was “sick enough” or deserving of help;—don’t let that be you.
If this is your first time seeking therapy, Welcome. If I am the third therapist you are trying this month, Welcome. If no part of you wants to enter my office but your loved one or provider is pushing you to do so, Welcome.
Wherever you are at is where I will meet you. My office is a space where you can be authentic and raw, showing the imperfect and the messy. That is, after all, how we heal.

My mission is to support you in healing from the wounds that often live beneath struggles with food, body image, or self-worth. I provide compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for individuals navigating the impact of overwhelming life experiences and emotional pain—always honoring your unique story, needs, and pace.
Together, we will build a therapeutic relationship grounded in safety, trust, and curiosity. In this space, patterns shaped by past experiences can be gently understood rather than judged. Whether your pain shows up through eating disorder behaviors, low self-esteem, or the lasting effects of trauma, this is a space where your story can be explored and meaningful, lasting healing can take root.
