Body Image

Living in a world full of diet culture and social media pressure, it’s easy to feel like your body is never good enough. Constant comparisons and self-judgment can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and exhausted by the “perfect body” ideal.

If you’re tired of living at war with your own body, you are not alone. Healing this relationship is possible. With support, you can learn to treat your body with kindness and compassion, letting go of the judgment, comparisons, and self-criticism that have weighed on you for years.

Body Dysmorphia

Some of us have a completely distorted view of our body that makes it that much more difficult to heal from poor body image. There is a name for this—it’s body dysmorphic disorder.
